Today on our Cube printer, we are making a 3D print of the statue of Minerva located in the Great Hall of Rush Rhees Library. The print was generated from a 3D scan made by a Faro laser scanner. This past year we have been experimenting with different methods of capturing spatial data to use in Digital Scholarship projects. This test run was the first of many to come.
