The Ward Project is a collaborative project between River Campus Libraries and the College of Arts, Science, and Engineering. Professor Bob Minckley (Biology) and Melissa Mead (RBSCP) co-lead the project that has drawn on expertise from across RCL.
Josh Romphf created a 3D viewer in order to display the Ward’s specimens. Jim Barbero scanned the specimens and worked to make the 3D models shown on the site. Looking forward, we will continue to scan and digitize the specimens, eventually creating files for download so that they may be 3D printed. The project is funded, in part, by a PumpPrimer.
